Phantom Warranty Information
For replacement mesh due to heat-weld failures, Phantom Screens will cover the materials for up to 5 years after your installation date. This does not include wear and tear, damage, or environmental damage due to not putting your screens up before inclement weather.**
Labor costs are covered only if your units were installed within the past 2 years.*
*If labor is not covered under warranty, the cost of labor is required for replacement.
**If labor and materials are not covered under warranty, the cost of labor and materials is required for replacement.
